I am reviewing the overall Bestbuy experience. I have ordered the appliance twice and have not received it yet. It has been over six weeks since the first order. Delivery dates have come and gone. At the store they could not figure out why the first unit was delayed and cancelled the order and placed it again since the system would provide a NEW delivery date. That date has been missed also.

My contractor installed over the stove with all the correct measurements and followed instructions. But no matter how hard they tried the sides bowed out. If they were not hidden by cabinets I probably would have returned. Design flaw. Microwave works well.

simple functions that gets the job down
