Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three issues are quite disappointing on this unit which received good reviews when we researched microwaves. 1. You cannot read the front panel buttons. The lettering is so dim/dark you are always guessing and struggling on reading them ( minute, timer and power etc.). You need a flash light just to read them - even in the day time. 2. The user interface design for the buttons is like a much cheaper system. If you want a power of 5 you have to press the power button 6 times to get to 5. If you want to set a time that is not one of the preset times you have to press Time Cook and then enter your time and press start. All the extra steps make the system tedious. My past microwaves were far easier to use. 3. The one light inside the unit is quite dim and the food is not well lit so you find it difficult to check on food when it is running. I wouldn't purchase this again.

This appliance stopped working properly at about a year. It does not function as it should, gets stuck with the buttons, the buttons don't beep as they should and it sort of freezes up at times. Rather disappointed with it.

Microwave power is what I wanted. Using it is very simple. and the settings are easy to view. Best part is the surface light and exhaust fan. Both have two settings and do a great job. This was a great deal.
