It all of a sudden popped and saw a flash in the microwave while heating milk up for my child. Then it would not turn on. I had to replace the item with no refunds or discounts. Manufacturer did nothing for me.

Bought another and it only lasted 2-3 years (same kind). Hope this 3rd one does a bit better. I always get the GE Profile because I want the stainless to match my other appliances.

However, the display LED had issue after 1 year and the Greek Squad support could not fix it because he told me it would cost more to fix it than buy a new one. I did pay more for the Greek Squad support plan but seems like it does not worth it.
