It is a nice piece, however it was very very heavy and cost the same to have it put in as it did to purchase it, it also took the guy who put it in over two hours instead of one, I had to tip him. It looks nice just know it costs double what you pay but no choice with this size.

Vents into the house and not outside. Leaves a lot of fingerprints on the surface and handles. Too high maintenance for me to clean. I returned it for a Whirlpool fingerprint resistant.

My first one died in under 5 years. Buy a warranty from Upsie it's have the price. I went back to Best Buy for a replacement and was happy to see it was still available so I ordered again. Was not happy to find that the mount and screw holes for cabinet were in a different location. So my 5-10 minute job took 3 hours. When I looked at the warranty card I found that the model number was different. Seems like it should have been updated on the website but was not. Hopefully this model lasts longer. I would rather pay more and have one build better. It does not seem to be built very well. But at lest the color matches my other appliances that have already been serviced under warranty.

Once your appliance arrives at your home you will find the complete model number which includes engineering digits added during production. You did receive the model you ordered and purchased. Got to give this a one star.
The first one would not light up at all once plugged in (no clock, no lights, no display).
I returned and got a second one, the second one would turn on but the interior light would not work and 1/2 of the buttons on the keypad would not work. I returned the second one and have since went with another manufacturer.
Best Buy was accommodating with the exchange and return. I am an elite plus member, not sure if that mattered.
