Bought this to replace my old microwave that was slowly dying. The only issue I had with this microwave is that the vent has only 2 speeds High and low.

The first 2 delivered were damage. I have been using the small rival microwave that I bought from Walmart years ago and still working fine. Called best buy they don't repair and the warranty has expired. Told me to call GE. I called GE for a technician to come I have to pay. Now I have to get new microwave plus installation.

bought this microwave as an Open Box, supposed to have all the parts. Missing the Support Bar and the bag of hardware. What was supposed to be a bargain, ended up costing me hours of time running to the hardware store, and the cost of purchasing a generic support bar and all the missing hardware.

Went to location on Beach and Imperial. Was waiting at the customer center for appliances for 20 minutes. There was 3 or 4 representatives in the cubicle. Not a one acknowledged us. No one said, we’re busy but will be right with you. Sorry for the wait. Nothing.
I went home and ordered online. I will never go in your store again. I am need of new large appliances, but I will go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

This model has been good for us up until recently. We purchased it February 2020. Now it does not heat. Power is fine, timer is ok, but would not engage and heat. I searched for issues since I was confused. I came back to reviews of this item with issues and a faulty fuse being common. It's absolutely true. This started happening after about a year well out of the warranty period. Now we are having someone come fix it. By the sounds of other review we could be dealing with this issue often. A $178 microwave shouldn't be breaking down after a year, avoid buying this model if possible!
