Purchased and installed by Best Buy in 1/2018.... No longer works and has to be replaced 11/2020. Shut off in the middle of cooking, and the keypad is completely dead. Flipped the breaker on and off, now it only lights up inside, then goes dead again as soon as you press a key. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Had issues with the older version of this unit, broken handle, cracked plastic covers and it died even though we’ve only used it for less than two years. We’ll see how long this one lasts

Stopped working on the year anniversary hence, no warranty, if you buy ensure additional warranty is purchased. Worked great while it lasted. The cost for parts is worth the repair.

Microwave replacement works great. No problems. Fit right where the old one was.
