The installers put one bracket on the wall. It is crooked. It measured 14.5 inches on one side and 15 on the other. They said the microwave did not fit, which is a lie because later we lifted it up there and it fits. They left it in the floor and I still need it installed. They left screws and metal pieces lying everywhere mixed with those of other appliances which they tried to install and didn't.

The clock literally broke 1.5 years after buying the microwave and won’t stop flashing. Contacted GE and they tried to charge over $100 to fix it. It is a piece of junk!

Arrived as advertised. Installed and worked for 5 days. Display went dark. Arranged for GE repair to come to fix it. 20 days later was the first appointment. Wire had come loose inside the unit. Works now

The very first week i brought the microwave GE had to sent a technician over to fix it and 24 months after it broke down again, I had to replace it used to believed in GE I don't thing I can say the same so disappointed.

All over the range microwaves are only good for a couple years. This will be my last, hope to see 2 years.

Works great, multiple light and fan speeds are slightly annoying that you have to go past the low settings to turn them off. Handle broke off from normal use after 6 months.

no one in dept to assist with my needs. when someone was in dept they were assisting another customer and was told this could take a while. a another rep was called to assist but never showed up..one customer shook her head and walked out. when i was finally helped the gentleman was very helpful.

In less than 3 years I have had to replace 3 fuses, 3 door monitor switches and 2 latch boards. The reason for these actions is that with daily use, the latch boards (which receive the door latches when the door is closed) develop wear tracks where the door latches mate. And when the wear tracks get deep enough, the door switches get activated out of sync, causing blown fuses and fried switches. Don't buy this unless you enjoy ordering parts and putting them in.

We had the 2013 model of this and it lasted 10 years- broke early August 12, 2023. Bought this newer model on August 13, 2023.
I’m currently awake at 05:25am trying to heat up tea and it’s not working. The power is on but the turn table isn’t turning nor is my food heating up.
It lasted 22 days.
I’m troubleshooting if the door is fully closed, trying an extension cord with a different outlet, but nothing is working.
