CONSUMER REPORTS FAILED ME !

Had to call GE to get instructions. Only ordered basic oven as didn’t use all options on previous oven this one replaced.

And we’re just outside the ridiculous 2 week return window. Hopefully GE will stand behind their product more than Best Buy does and fix it for free since it’s only 2 weeks old.

This is the second time we’ve purchased this exact unit bc it matches all our other appliances. We are two weeks from our closing date (selling our home) and it’s quit again! Will NOT be replacing this microwave again!! Fuses blow on a regular basis and it’s not due to electrical issues in the home (already hired an electrician to confirm the culprit is the microwave, not the home).

I’ve called the store several times and I’m on hold for over 30 min. I waited over 45 min to speak to someone regarding a MISSING part. Then they sent me the WRONG part! At this point I’m over it! Next time I’ll just go to Lowe’s!

Didn't want to go with GE but they were the only one who still had the finish that would match the other appliances. A microwave should last longer than 2 years.

It is very flimsy and doesn't heat as well as the old one. I would not recommend buying this and I would not keep it except that it was so difficult to get it purchased and installed that I don't want to go through the hassles again, so I will just keep it until it wears out. It seems to be made cheaply and charged expensively.
