Microwave doesn't work properly.

Either installation instructions are incorrect or product is mis-designed. No one available at GE Customer Service competent enough to resolve problem. Problem not corrected.

Replaced samed model from 2017!

Because I did not want to re-invent the wheel. I wanted the new to fit the same footprint as the previous. I originally purchased this model (not from Best Buy) in 2017 and it failed shortly after the warranty expired. The cost to fix and install was almost as much as a new one. So if you buy this model, buy the 5 year warranty.
