This product has issues with monitor switch. I bought one in 2018 and already having issues with trip breaker during cook cycle... this product is not worth the money spent. I guess GE has released fault product

The display buttons on the front are not arranged user friendly. The fan is too loud for me.

Return the first one! It was making a humming and high pitched noise, looks like it was going to explode! They replaced for another one!! Until now is ok! You get what you paid! Cheap!!!

If you want this model I highly suggest purchasing the warranty with it. It lasted 26 months and suddenly stopped working. Expected more from GE. Highly disappointed in this purchase.

I am unhappy because my new GE Bisque over the Range microwave still has not been delivered and installed. The old one has already been removed. There was an issue with the first attempt at installation. I have not been told what the problem is. I just keep being rescheduled. This is not very good customer service.

My new GE microwave has plenty of wattage power however the turntable makes a terrible loud racket. The wheels under the glass turntable do not spin properly.

Like several other reviewers have stated here, this microwave lasted almost exactly 2 years. Purchased 3/8/17, dead on 3/10/19. Previous microwave lasted 15 years. Don't buy this model.
We hate to hear that your microwave has required three service appointments so soon into its lifespan and know how frustrating this. This is not the experience we want for you. The magnetron flashed and popped after only 14 months. NOW THE UNIT IS DEAD. WHAT A LEMON! Luckily my credit card doubles the manufacture's one-year warranty.

We had high hopes for this microwave after researching and looking at reviews. Paid Best Buy to install it and after 18 months, it just stopped working. Will not purchase another GE appliance again!
