The microwave stopped working after only 17 months.

Good for kitchen who Cook's regular.. exhaust works great

In a span of 1 year it broke down twice. Cannot use it everytime I'm using my circuit breaker keep on tripping off. Same problem it happend in the beginning of this year and then this month (oct 2019).

2 yr. in the unit stopped working. Had door switch replaced,unit worked for 8 months then died altogether. Not a big expense to replace but the time and effort involved with the install are substantial. Stay away from this one.

Takes longer to heat. I will need to buy a different one that heats in less time.

This was a good microwave while it lasted, which was only 1 yr 6 months. I sure thought GE was better then this, I had to purchase another one but you best believe it wont be a GE

Could not use it as it showed up. It was damaged when it was made but it was packaged and shipped anyway. The box was not damaged and nothing inside was damaged to it had to have been bent up when it was put in the box.

We know that would be frustrating, and would recommend taking advantage of the limited manufacturer's warranty that lasts for the first year by contacting our service department at 1-800-432-2737. Information on your warranty is on page 20 of the manual. There are also troubleshooting steps in the manual as well, and you may want to check the circuit breaker and fuses to make sure enough power is reaching the unit. Disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes, then connecting again, also may help - this resets the electrical components.
