Door makes noise when opening,, buttins on face of microwave hard to push. Other than that works good.

Did not come with turntable. After a 30 minute phone call to customer service, I still don't know if it will be provided. Be careful when the item has been marked down.

Lasted 4 years then died.Was surprised since it was highly rated, going with different brand now.

Burning electronic smell immediately after install. Faulty and dangerous.

Terrible Design Flaw

Handle on microwave broke and costs almost as much as the microwave to replace.
Hello there, we're so sorry to hear that the handle broke off your microwave. This is never want we expect for our consumers so we can expect how aggravating this was for you. We want to tell you how much we appreciate you letting us know so that we can work to prevent this from happening again. We also wanted to let you know pricing can be dependent on several factors. The economic elements include distribution, warehousing, and marketing costs, which account for a portion of the selling price of the part. Other factors like usability (cosmetic vs. functional) and availability also contribute to pricing. Unfortunately, in some cases, purchasing replacement parts can be less cost effective than replacing the appliance, especially with older appliance or small appliances like microwaves.
