This appliance broke down after 13 months. Disappointed.

WALL BRACKET DID NOT FIT!!

The wall bracket from previous GE same style microwave did not fit! A lot more work involved!
Hi KXC4, thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your unit malfunctioned. We understand how frustrating that must be. If you still have your unit and are still having issues with the unit operating, take a look at the following information to see if it helps: - If the control panel lights up and you hear the beeping sound when you press the buttons, but the oven does not turn on when you touch start, check to be certain that the door is securely closed. If a dish touches the door when the door seems closed, it actually may not be firmly closed. Unless the door is closed to engage the safety interlocks, the microwave energy cannot come into the oven. If the microwave still does not work, you can try to unplug it for 30-minutes and try the above again. Otherwise, service may be required. Fan does not work well. Would not recommend this microwave

Bad magnitron required replacement. New oven suppose to come this Tuesday.

Only had for a month and the vent have a malfunction...
