GE 1.6cf Microwave works great, but I only give it a 4 star, because the fan is really loud. I would recommend this Microwave, but only if you don’t mind the loud noise the fan makes

I had a GE microwave prior to this one, it is much the same which is great except the options for specific foods on the reheat, which I miss. Otherwise I would give it a 5 rating. It's quick and efficient.

This is a great microwave for the price. Cooks quickly and evenly, and looks great in my kitchen. Very happy!

We've had this Samsung microwave for approximately one month. We have had no electrical or mechanical problems so far. Simply, it works. It does exactly what a microwave should do. Yes, we would purchase it again, giving it an A+

Turntable is noisy. Other than that, the unit is fine and as advertised. Sadly, the cost for the bezel for cabinet mounting is very expensive. It is more than a bezel, but still is expensive.

Brought this microwave to replace a 7-year old similar model that stopped working. Great price and works well, but it really leaves fingerprints, and they don’t come out all the way.

Compared to my old one, the door has a “Cheap” sound when I close it making me wonder about the quality. It is a very pretty microwave.

Great microwave for the money! Easy to install and match perfect with the range that we purchased around same time. Quality of materials is lower than 5 yrs ago! But this the quality we get now compared with 10 yrs ago.

It's a good microwave, but it's definitely not like the previous one I had. It feels cheaper. Other then that it's working perfectly.

Works great. No issues. Vents work much better than the old one we had. The keys can be a little hard to see at night. Other than that, no complaints

The microwave has a stove vent and fit into the space we had, measurements were true as stated. It was fairly easy to install but the instructions were a little confusing the way they were written.

Love my new microwave! Has all of the features I need including the color bisque. I'm happy that it has a handle instead of a push button. (my previous microwave's button wore out) Great purchase and great price!

Fit perfectly, works well, and the vents work well too. Had to replace the mounting bracket from the previous microwave but it wasn't too difficult.

The microwave oven is fine. One pet peeve: Not sure how GE bolsters customer loyalty by requiring a different bracket and new mounting holes for every microwave oven. This isn't rocket science; design to a mounting standard so customers WANT to come back to an EASY GE installation.

I threw out a 30-year old microwave that worked great, just because I wanted stainless steel vs white appliances... Before choosing one, I checked Consumer Reports, and bought the (this) best rated microwave by GE, which was also on sale at Best Buy. It worked for 1-year, and then it started tripping the breaker. When I turned the breaker back on I could use the light, exhaust fan, and clock, but not the microwave. I had an Electrician change the breaker, but it still kept tripping it. He tried plugging it into a different outlet/breaker, and it tripped that one too...so it was clear that the microwave was the problem. While conducting these tests, the microwave then turned off completely, died. I called Best Buy, but they said the 1-year manufacturer warranty has expired, so they can't help. Seems like it was made to only last 1-year... They offered a Technician to come out for $99 p/visit. REALLY?!? This is the WORST microwave oven I've ever had. GE should be ashamed. My husband reminds me daily how I threw out a good old appliance to purchase a crappy new one. I will never hear the end of it...and now I have no microwave. I'm so upset!!!

This was a nice microwave until it wasn't. It seems like the control panel is going out. You press a button and it doesn't work. You can close the door after cooking and it keeps cooking. Press the 1 and it does not come on. This is only 2 years old. I will now have to go buy another microwave but it will not be a GE.

Basic, functional microwave. Fair price..Simple features.

Great item. Installers were the best! Professional,friendly and efficient. This is a team Best Buy needs to recognize,to often good service people are overlooked.Lets not have that happen.
