Installed easily. Runs well, but the display has one flickering character.

Works great & looks great. For only 1000w it makes our food really hot.

The microwave works well. Installation was not difficult. We did not vent outside. Quality of the product is good.

Love this microwave! And loved the convenience even more. My microwave went out and it felt amazing to grab a microwave the same day I needed.

I replaced an older model of this microwave, having no problems with older model. Biggest problem is (although manual claims you can) I cannot see inside microwave when food is cooking. I wouldn't know if food boiled over etc... Is this normal for this model. Not a problem with older model.

I bought this microwave to replace the same model that the handle fell off. The main reason I purchased this model was so I wouldn’t have to change the bracket. Ge changed the bracket so an easy 1 hour job turned into a 2 hour hassle needless to say my next microwave won’t be a ge. I also called best buy to see if it was compatible and I was told yes

I bought this online at a bestbuy.com and was delivered early but damaged. I took it back to the local bestbuy and they gladly exchanged it. The install was very easy as all the holes lined up from my previous 12 year old “other” brand unit. This unit works great and appears to be high quality.

Deliver znd install was fantastic. The workers who installed my microwave did a professional job in about 20 min. Made it look simple.

I had a challenging installation, in part because of my 15 inch deep upper cabinets. If you have 15 inch deep cabinets, you'll need a "bump out kit" rather than the standard mounting plate. For some reason this kit seemed to cause us trouble. Specifically, it seemed to make the microwave not level front to back. The instructions don't mention this. Also, if you are installing this for re-circulating, you need to swap the direction of the fan. If you are planning to have it installed, then these things are probably not important, but for the DIY installer, it is challenging.

4.8 stars, really. Overall a great purchase. Works great. Plate rotation is awesome. My only issue is button controls, and the lack of sensitivity. Takes quite a little pressure for buttons.

Works great but overall impression is that components are lightweight. Only time will tell if the microwave stands up to daily use.

Good so far..Just concerned about others having issues with blown fuses down the line.

Looks great and works great but is a bit loud when operating. It fit perfectly in the old spot where the old one was so I only needed to relocate one hole in the cabinet above it.

Item met all requirements of operation, Mounting bolts were in a different position of model replaced.

I bought this to replace a GE microwave that lasted 12yrs but they no longer make...this one is worse in almost every way..louder..buttons much harder to press...fan is LOUD (but does work well)....since it took forever to get one and I paid for it to be installed I'll keep it but I don't recommend it at all

I bought this model in July 2016. It is now Oct 2018 and it no longer works. About a week ago it tripped the breaker. After reseting the breaker and testing a few times and trying it plugged into a different outlet on a different breaker (which resulted in tripping the breaker again), there was a spark in the unit itself and now it is totally dead (before, once the breaker was reset, the clock and lights worked; the breaker tripped when the unit itself was turned on to heat something up. now, it is dead, no clock no nothing. obviously some kind of electrical problem internal to the unit. very disappointing. this replaced an older equivalent GE model that lasted 10 years. obviously they are not making them with the same quality as 10 years ago. and of course the warranty is only 1 year which is a joke. if they are only going to be accountable for this operating for 1 year, this should be a lot cheaper. Very disappointing. Piece of crap. And my house is full of GE appliances too. Going to shop around for something else now. Fool me twice shame on me, right?

LIGHT BULBS BURNT OUT FIRST WEEK AND A FEW MORE TIMES NOW !! WENT TO CLEAN FILTER/GREASE SCREEN LITTLE HANDLE PULLED OUT AMAZINGLY EASY THEN SCREEN PULLED COMPLETELY OUT THEN THE RING JUST FELL OUT !!! AND AT A COST OF $57.50 EA. I AM LIKE REALLY? THATS OVER HALF THE COST OF THE WHOLE UNIT :(

Not happy with the control panel.I bought the black and the control panel doesn’t light up and is hard to read.Other than that it works ok.
