I was looking for and over the range microwave to replace the one I had on my counter. This one fit the bill perfect it had all the features I was looking for but especially I did not want one that was dark on the inside just so you could tell when it was dirty. The one I was replacing was a GE and this one is a GE and I am very comfortable with GE products. If you are looking for a microwave I would highly suggest this one.

This microwave is very efficient is easy to install and easily cleaned. The buttons are responsive to the touch and the clock keeps good time. I've had microwaves before where the time lagged for more than a few minutes. Time is important to me. This clock doesn't not lag.

It fits perfectly where my previous GE Over the Range Oven was installed. Used the templet provided to drill the holes in the upper cabinets and the mounting bracket on the wall was almost identical. My neighbor helped me lift it into place. Installed the filters and made adjustments to the back exhaust. Perfect!

The black chrome isn't as dark as I thought it would be. Since Best Buy didn't have a display model i purchased it hoping for the best, meaning, that it would match the rest of my kitchen appliances. I'd encourage you to get a visual assessment first if color matching is a major concern. With that being said this is a very sturdy and solid microwave. The door has weight and the unit just feels well crafted. The extendable hood range fan is a major plus. it has four speeds. The lowest speed is barely audible. However, at turbo speed it is noticeably louder. How loud? Loud enough to have raise your voice an octave if you are trying to have a conversation while cooking. Highly recommend this microwave. it has all the basics one comes to expect and then some extras as well. Like an adjustable light underneath so you can see all crumbs on your stove top.

I had to replace my microwave I had for 15 years. A friend checked consumer reports and said this had a high rating. The only concern I had was that am physically unable to put it in my car and my flip-phone isn't email capable and couldn't alert Best Buy when I was there to pick it up. Someone on the IM chat assured me this wouldn't be a problem, so I chose curbside delivery. There was someone at a check-in table that I showed my receipt to. He got the microwave and loaded it into my van. It was very quick and convenient! I've used the microwave about 3 weeks now and so far it's done well. The only challenge I have is that the buttons are in different places than my last microwave so I'm having to re-learn where they are.

Great product! We have been searching for a new microwave for our new home. Best Buy had the exact one we wanted. The employee was very helpful in providing us with the help for the purchase. We will definitely be going back for future purchases.

Easy to install, let see...how it work...have a dent on front, minimum working good.

Easy to install, but has developed slight rattle over time that I can not get rid of no matter what I do. Have tried rubber washers on all the screws and using rubber spacers between cabinetry and microwave. Other than that, we love it.

I have a small gally kitchen so I was looking for a small microwave. Best Buy is the only place that I could find it at let alone walk out the door with it right after I walked in the door for one. Exactly what I was looking for, thanks Best Buy!

I use my microwave constantly. This is easy to use. I have a couple of suggestions. Have the controls light up in a darkened room and make the door easier to open and close.

This microwave replaced the same model that only lasted 3 years. The decision to stay with the same GE model was because it being an easy fit over the range and we did like the former one but-unfortunately it just completely stopped working . The newer one doesn’t seem to be exactly the same there are some changes, only slight ones and the microwave doesn’t seem as sturdy either. Hoping this will last a bit longer, since when it was replaced it was like brand new. Wondering if there was a defect. As far as recommending this product I probably would have to wait and see if this Microwave has a longer life before doing any recommending

Nice microwave - vents out top and back so easy for installation. Buttons get dirty easily but can be cleaned with a simple wipedown

Great microwave at an affordable price. I also appreciate how BestBuy offers delivery, setup, and recycling of older products.

at 1st i was concerned that microwave would hang down too close to my stove top, but it fit fine. it is a little tight in opening and closing its door, i.e. the door sticks. also, i wish the door was easier to see through. i like the controls, especially the add 30 seconds feature.
