Nice microwave!

The light is a very bright white instead of the usual green. There is no way to turn off the clock function or even to dim it.

In store customer service was great, but the installation was outstanding. Oh almost forgot, the microwave works fine. Does exactly what it's suppose to. Looks great as well. For the money you can't go wrong.

This newer version is so quiet, I've had to double check that it's actually cooking! Cooks well. Feel comfortable following cook time on packaging, your food will be hot!

It comes with a template to drill holes on top and I was so glad it did. Made it so easy and even tho a bit heavy, I put it in myself, plugged it in and life is a turntable!

We wanted a Machine the would do the basics well with a streamlined look. Installation went well and we now have another appliance that is quiet and energy efficient.

Recently I saw PF error message and can not work out why but didn't get the chance to read the instruction book.

It is more powerful than the one it is replacing and therefore it takes less time to cook or heat up your food. The extra features are a bonus. I have no complaints.

One part that I passed over (after I had already installed it) was that you have to pull out the back fan and flip it 180 degrees and then reinstall it into it's slot BEFORE putting it above the stove. LOVE this unit!

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. Showed up on time & answered any questions we had about the unit. I would definitely recommend them to our friends & family.
