They left the work area clean and took away any of the trash. They let me know when they were coming to install the microwave and let me know when they were done.

Works great so far but my last one died after 2 years. Maybe I just have bad luck with microwaves? Got the same one again because I needed a white one and also wanted to use the existing mounting bracket. Install is pretty easy if you know what you are doing.

Product works well and have not had any issues. Had a minor scratch on the handle that I didn't realize until after Installation. Not sure if it was my doing or not but I guess I would say to be careful with the handle paint chipping or scratching during Install. I plan to just cover the white mark with a marker or something... not quite sure yet

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned this model for exactly 10 days and a few minutes ago, it started making a buzzing sound out of nowhere while simultaneously the display screen blinked randomly. I tried unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back to attempt to resolve the issue but that has failed. I’m heading to the store as soon as they open tomorrow morning and hopefully I can exchange this piece of junk.
