Plenty of ez features, timer, fan, light (inside the unit as well as underneath to illuminate stovetop). Turntable and more... Super efficient and polite installation by Geek Squad.

We installed and same day one of the buttons got stuck, loud beeping occurred and no button worked to shut off or change setting. Had to unplug it to shut it off. A few days pass and the keypad shows nothing but it turned on by itself and the plate was spinning with light on with no way to shut it off. Had to unplug it again. This product is clearly defective and now I’m stuck beyond the return window with a defective, dangerous microwave that turns itself on and won’t shut off

The door is a little noisy when closed, but I can live with that. It runs great and is fairly simple to operate, plus it looks great in my kitchen.

choose the correct selection.
Press once for a pizza.
Press twice for vegetables.
Press three times for a plate of leftovers.
Press four times for soup.
Press five times for meat.
Press six times for pasta.
2. Press the 1, 2, or 3 pad to select the serving size. For a plate of leftovers, only one servicing size is valid.

I don’t really leave reviews but on this one I felt compelled to. I was looking for a good looking, efficient, and affordable microwave and I was directed to this GE microwave by customer service. It was totally worth the investment. It cooks food thoroughly. It’s got a sharp look. The install team was professional and courteous. Big thanks to Best Buy!

Very pleased.

It was listed on CRs best buy recommended list. Nothing fancy but gets all the basics right. So far so good. The install was a little difficult. Unfortunately the mounting bracket is not easy to work with instead of it being a full rectangle metal frame, it is a “U” shape. The bottom is fine with several holes that you can use to make sure you are putting the screws into a stud. However, since there is no top to the frame and just the sides there is only one mounting hole on each side. Studs are typically 16” apart, but these are about 26” apart. Unfortunately you have to use toggle bolts into the drywall. I would rather have screws into studs for extra strength.
