This microwave has all the same features as our old one, that died from a power surge. We"re happy we could find this replacement. It works great!

Perfect replacement for our old microwave. Great price. Installers were very professional and careful not to make a mess.

Quieter than previous GE model, but the buttons are hard to read and in low light almost impossible. Works great and I am. Concerned over time I will have the same trouble with this one that I did with the old one. They seem to have the same door latch mechanism for allowing the microwave function. Really satisfied overall. I did have to resort to going to an actual store as the online system allowed me to purchase a product that wasn't, in fact, in stock.

Bought this microwave to replace the old microwave my parents still owned. I bought this because it is the same as the microwave I owned except in a different color. I have been very happy with ours and when my parents needed a new microwave, I knew I would be purchasing another one of these. This microwave has everything a person could need. It is large and has several preset settings that are nice for convenience. My parents have been very happy with the purchase.

Just as described and very easy to install. Dimensions were about an inch smaller than our existing microwave but that didnt make a difference.

Very nice unit. Replaced with same make as were very satisfied with the old one. Never had a problem with it so wanted the same one. Fit into the old spot above our stove and works great.

This has been my favorite microwave ever! Very excited about this purchase. So easy to use, it’s quiet, gets the job done, and the perfect size.

Have only had this microwave for three weeks, but so far so good. Replaced an old GE Profile, which still worked great, but had to replace my stove, so got the microwave to match. Would have gotten another GE Profile, but they seem to be double the cost these days. My only negative on this new GE microwave is that you cannot turn off the beep when the cycle is complete. The GE Profile has the ability to kill the sound. Otherwise, working great.

Bought as a replacement for GE Cafe microwave that was 10 yrs old. This one was a near perfect fit/replacement. But word of advice, make sure old wall bracket is EXACTLY the same as the bracket included with the new microwave. Our old one was slightly off, but has an excellent hold and is level. One thing I noticed is that the interior microwave gets hot when the surface lights over stove are on alone (and microwave has not been used). A bit bizarre because our previous microwave didn't do that. I believe the lights are halogen, and they do get hot to touch so be careful. Wonder if they can be replaced with LED? Will have to look that up in the future...if they can, then this becomes a non-issue. The buttons are good, but unable to see well in low light settings. Wish they were pre-lit, but for this price range may be a tough ask. If you eventually memorize where to press over next few weeks, should be a non-issue. We are happy with it, and price was decent. Another word of advice, get a buddy or spouse to help install it. I'm 145 lb and this was a heavy beast to install on my own, lifting above my head on a bracket away from my body over a built in stove. I nearly got an umbilical hernia (not joking) trying to be superman and install it myself. Not worth it, will hire somebody next time. I really hope this holds up, as a microwave it does a good job like the old one, but the heat buildup when lights are on is a bit weird as I mentioned. Looks sharp in our kitchen. Decent replacement.

Easy to hang, but of course didn’t line up with original holes in the cabinet. Very quiet, easy to clean, and efficient.

Replaced a 23 year old GE microwave that still worked but the surface lights stopped and the display had faded. This replacement actually cost less and is almost identical to our old micro. 23 years is good service. We're hoping for similar service from our new GE.

This is a great quality microwave. Very quiet when in use, bright microwave light for stovetop illumination, and very easy to clean. Matches my other white appliances perfectly.
