    Microwave works. BUT the control panel broke almost immediately. It doesn't beep anymore, its always flashing and the light over the stove is really hit and miss. It will be fine for a year and then you have to replace the bulb ever two weeks for a couple months, and then it'll work for another year. Would not purchase again

    Runs nice and quiet. Option to disable turntable comes in handy. Lots of quick start options and preset buttons on this model make it easy to use.

    I recently bought a new microwave to replace the exact same one I’d purchased 2 years ago. Unfortunately that last one had the door handle break with only what I’d consider moderate usage. I’m hoping this new one holds up better! I do like that it’s easy to use, has programming and automatic options, turntable controls and automatic start buttons. Down side is the new one still feels a little flimsy when I open/close the door. Hope it lasts!

    Quality you can expect from GE. I bought this to replace my older GE model that lasted 20 years. This one is lighter, therefore easier to install. The included installation instructions are very easy to follow. Save yourself the labor cost of installation, all you need is drill and screwdriver.

    Bought this to replace a 10 year old GE profile microwave that failed. It went into the same spot - with a little work on the cord location and mounting holes. The great thing was that I got this with the installation from BestBuy, and although the installation was almost as much as the microwave, I watched them do it and was glad I didn't opt to do it myself. It does take 2 people to install this - even when you are just replacing a like model.
