We bought this oven to replace the GE Profile came with the house. The dimensions are exact the same. Most of the time we use the oven to warm up food and drink. This oven is perfect for us. We got a good deal with 30% off. We installed the oven ourselves. The instruction was very clear. Installation was easy. It took us about 1 1/2 hour to replace the oven including reconnect the exhaust duct with a new section of duct. The GE Profile lasted about 10 years. Hopefully, this one will last as long.

The unit I purchased was very similar to the unit I already had and failed finally after 17 years. I was sort of wondering about the service from my original call, getting transferred from person to person, but finally got on the phone with Jessica, she was very professional and very nice. All in all, a very good experience and I am very happy with the new Microwave.
