Easy install from Best Buy. Took less than 30 min. The microwVe works great.Great ptice. Ordered online. Went to locsl Best Buy store and they were no help.

Purchased to replace the same model which failed after about a decade of use. Suspect the redirect vent flow setup at our house was part of the failure, but decided that 10 years of heavy use was acceptable. For the price, you can't beat the features, even if the touchpad is starting to look a little dated.

This micrwave replaced its nearly 20 year-old predecessor which suddenly died. The new one is nice and fully modern and functional. It is hard for me to get excited about a microwave. It cost more to remove the old and install the new than the cost of the new!

Unit was purchased to replace near identical 25 year old unit. The new microwave oven has a number of upgraded control features. It reminds me of the feeling one gets when replacing an older auto with a current model and first experiences all the electronic features that now come standard. Installation service was outstanding..

Good product for the value, easy instruction for proper installation

This is a good size microwave and easy to use. It heats up quickly and working as expected.

Bought to replace a 7 or 8 year old version of the same microwave that kept blowing fuses. It has all of the buttons my family uses most of the time. Convenient range light and vent fan. The only negative is the door is loud and just doesn't feel solid.

The design is better than the older one. The inside is better than a older one too. It works powerful and it is good quality for the price.

Bought this to replace the same model from 10 years ago. Thought it would be the same or better. Turned out to be cheaper and worse in terms of quality. Also, the bolts are not in the same spots and the mounting plate changed. I thought it was going to be a simple swap, but it required a bit more effort than expected. The touch pad is cheap. Pressing certain buttons make a cheap plastic creaking sound which didnt happen my old unit. The blower unit also makes a high pitch noise that didnt exist on my old microwave. If you're sensitive to noise, you may want look elsewhere. The door is very light and feels cheap. The top edge of my door was grinding against the adjacent edge of the microwave housing or cover. It made a popping sound every time I opened the door. I had to get a screwdriver and hammer to reshape the metal housing to fix the problem. Bad QC by GE. There is only one light bulb instead of two found on older models, so this one is dimmer but still ok. Otherwise, the microwave works fine.

The price was good. We needed to replace an old microwave. The microwave looks good it's a nice size however we have some fogging issues on the door and some of the functions aren't there like I thought they would be. There is no function to Cook vegetables only the function to warm it up. Is the popcorn function that I found
