We have been using this for about 6 months now, and have not had one issue with it. It has been a great product to use. installation was easy as well by following the instructions that came with the unit. Our previous microwave was a counter top unit, so we had to install the wall mounting bracket, which was not hard to do.

The other microwave we had been using for 8 years unexpectedly quit so we had to find a replacement on rather short notice. We liked this one because it was black stainless and it did not disappoint. It does everything as usual but it also has a sensor in it so making popcorn became so much better than having to guess like before. Love it.

It's a microwave, does what I need/want it to do. Like the fact that the turntable is flush with the bottom of the microwave. Only issue I had immediately was if I didn't have enough overhead light on, I couldn't see/read the control panel. It is more of a black on black. Now I'm use to where the ones I use are so it is no problem. It does have a smart feature: if you hit a control and there is nothing in the oven, it won't start, it will tell you to place item inside?? Very cool.

Works great, not as powerful as my last one but you adjust. Perfect fit between my cabinets and backsplash

We have been using the microwave daily since it was installed 3 months ago. It replaced a very similar GE microwave that was 14 year old. Hopefully, this one will be as reliable. This unit is configured to return the filtered air to the kitchen. The filtration, even with an activated charcoal filter, is only moderately effective.

We love our microwave it's easy to use. I'd recommend this model to anyone.

The GE microwave works good. I use it for the basic. The price is not expensive, but stainless steel finish is cheap. I would appreciate a better finish.

I got this to replace a microwave in the same family. The microwave I had before was the next size up from this one and died just shortly after a year of owning (barely past the warranty) I got this so it would match the other appliances so I hope it lasts a little longer! If you’re wondering, the mounting holes for this are definitely different from the other models like it.

Service was wonderful from the moment I stepped into the store all the way through the delivery and installation. Your sales person in the store was fantastic! I hope you will note this in her file. I definitely would have given 5 stars except that the GE microwave is not as good as the overall Best Buy experience!

This unit is a very low cost product. It makes noises on initial startup and while rotating. Not the best quality The tray is easily unconnected from the drive mechanism. The setting buttons are not sensitive enough. The cooking power is adequate. Installation was relatively easy.

Love this microwave! Ample space inside and at 1000 watts it works even better than the 1100 watt microwave I replaced. Looks sleek, easy to operate - I love everything about this oven.

No bells or whistles. Just what we wanted. A basic but very useful microwave that gets the job done.

Pretty much what you expect at this price point and quality for the brand. Could spend more, could spend less but I think this is a great middle ground. Installation as a replacement for an existing GE microwave required new drilling and anchors which was a bit disappointing but wasn't too bad. I had hoped for a fit in the same mounting location.

Previously had a GE microwave and it had stopped working. Bought this from Best Buy and they matched other vendors prices (so don't be afraid to ask). I installed this myself and it was truly easy to install. Luckily for me, this was the same size and no new holes needed to be drilled. Even if you do need to drill new holes, they provide a nice template that is easy to follow. Microwave has many great features and is very intuitive.
