A bit disappointing

I may have been swayed by sales person. The door is very noisy when opening/ closing. The letter/ number pad is hard to work with...must try more than once to get a reaction It does its job heating food

It was also a 1.7 CU. Ft. but this one seems to be a bit smaller as the old plate won't even come close to letting the door close. But we love it anyway. have always bought GE
