The door shuts loudly and definitely does not feel as sturdy as the GE Profile (10 years old) that I am replacing. The buttons are ok, but you really have to push to get them to activate. I am not in love with the new GE, but for the price point and compared to others in the same price range I feel like this was a good deal.

It really does well for what it is designed to do, so no complaints at all. I wish the door was a bit nicer (it feels flimsy), but other than that it is overall a solid appliance. Let's hope it'll last!

I contacted GE directly and they gave me replacement options that would fit in the existing location. It fits very well and was a fairly quick install by a family member. The options on this unit are the same as my previous microwave just in a different configuration. My only concern/issue is that when the unit is in use it seems to have what sounds like power fluctuations but the lights do not fluctuate so I am hoping it is just a sound difference.

The door's a little bit crooked, the white LED display is a different color than the rest of our appliances, but overall it works fine as a replacement. Get it on sale, do not pay full price if you can help it. Hoping this one lasts longer than the last, but somehow I doubt it will.
