I have only had a couple days to use it but so far it’s great, and looks great too.

Only big dislike at this time, is that the fan noise level is quite high. It is very loud and makes it almost impossible to carry on a conversation when it's on.

The defrost feature and power levels work well. Exhaust fan noise is louder than I hoped but removes the fumes from my stovetop cooking as needed.

Looked similar in photos but appears it was changed and now totally different. Had to drill all new holes in wall and cabinets only like 1 inch from each prior hole. Install went well tho. Microwave works well. My old microwave was similar power but seemed to cook faster somehow. Seems solid. Popcorn function works well!

All the features arrived as advertised by the salesman in the Best Buy store. The black slate color works well with the kitchen appliances which are black. The tech team who installed the microwave were on time, courteous , knowledgeable and helpful with the set up. I am a very satisfied Best Buy customer.
