I was very impressed with how well this performed and how spacious it is including perfectly matching with my stainless steel GE refrigerator and dishwasher! I definitely recommend this model!

The microwave itself is beautiful, and deserves 4 stars (I still like my old one better), so I wish I could do a separate rating for customer service. The 1 star is for Best Buy Geek Squad/installation/customer service. Our microwave somehow got damaged along the way and the door doesn't align with the rest of the microwave perfectly, so that it is a bit crooked. We didn't notice until it was installed.
We got our own handyman to install this time, because Best Buy caused a pipe to burst when they installed our washer we got in the Spring. I never complained about it, we just fixed the pipe. I complained about this microwave but they said all they can do is exchange for a new one and charge us for installation again. Fine, but I'm obviously not happy to pay for taking this current damaged one out and installing a new one. We will just deal with it and keep it, although I was hoping for at least a coupon for the fridge I need to buy or something!
But I have to say the Geek Squad lady I spoke with in customer service was SO rude. Hung up the phone quickly as I was still talking, without showing any type of care to even keep me as a customer, and I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and am a member of Total Support. I am always using their card, for like 15 years at least now. We need a new fridge. She didn't care. And I was so friendly with her. She asked why I didn't tell them about the washer, and I said because I'm busy with 3 kids and a full time job and didn't want to go through that trouble of waiting on a phone call and having someone back out etc. We just fixed the pipe, which was easiest. She scoffed rudely and compared her ONE kid to my three saying she wouldn't have been too busy to call. Just overall extremely rude, flat tone, conversation. The AI bot I chatted with previously was friendly though (eye roll). I'm fine keeping this microwave, but it would have been nice to have a better conversation with someone instead of getting rudeness and being hung up on. If I hung up on someone in my job I would be fired.

Not made as well as same model that failed that was almost 5 years old. The stainless panels over the plastic shells are thinner metals. Keypad requires harder press than previous one,Wall mounting plate is thinner gauge metal than previous one ( same model number).Size is good. power seems accurate.

I love this microwave. It's got so much room, I could fit a full-size turkey in there if I wanted to nuke a turkey... which I don't, but still. Nice to have options. Easy to use, as well. I really like the control panel layout.

Perfect replacement for my original GE over-the-range microwave. Installation including removal of old microwave was less than an hour (almost a plug-n-play replacement). I like this one better than the old one, as it has sensor cooking, nicer keypad with more options, easier mounting, and better, more predictable performance (this unit is 1000 watt, old one was 1100). If there was a con, it would be that it took a little over a month to get the unit due to current supply issues. Also, this unit was manufactured in China, not in Kentucky by GE. However, the quality of this unit appears to be just as good as the one it replaced (so far, so good). The unit being on sale didn't hurt either and was a deciding factor in purchasing (Best Buy had the best price and selection). Would recommend this unit and Best Buy highly. :)

Nice over range microwave. Plenty of room inside, cleans easily. To install I would recommend paying the extra couple bucks to have Best Buy do it. Saves you time. It is a little heavy for one person (although I did).

Very happy with this microwave. It heats, cooks and defrosts thoroughly and the stainless exterior looks great in my kitchen. I really like the dark interior and steam cleaning feature. The online purchase and curbside pickup process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Tim who delivered and installed did excellent job. He was efficient, friendly and knew what he was doing. I hope microwave works as well. It is beautiful.

Oven is exactly what we were seeking and is performing perfectly. It was to replace an older GE Microwave. This one fit the space and performs nicely

Microwave seems to be quite satisfactory, Waited too long for delivery, Not happy with all the additional charges thar used to be included with Best Buy Membership.

This microwave replaced a previous one and we had a few goals in mind. 1. A better working hood 2. quiet and 3. doesn't look like a train-wreck. GE hit it out of the park with this one. I don't like the way over the range microwaves work and look one bit, but still wasn't in a position to replace with a much costlier vent hood, so in an effort to replace our broken one in the interim, we didn't want to spend too much either. The vent hood could still draw more, but given the fan sizes and limited space, it does a good job. Actually draws way more than our old Fridgidaire and 10db quieter. That's 10x quieter. We can finally think while cooking for a change. GE got the look right too. Very sleek and modern looking by hiding the vent hood just behind the door, instead of the traditional grill. Price wise it was a bargain too. There are lesser priced ones, but this one ticked all the right boxes.
