An excellent product, we hated to leave it when we moved so after we went & bought another GE from Best Buy again. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about different features that are new to this product.

Venting out system is very powerful and efficient. No smell left behind after cooking from the underneath gas stove. Better than expectation, Microwave is good too.

THIS LOOKS LIKE THE STATE OF THE ART MICROWAVE. THE BLACK STAINLESS LOOK GIVE IT A GREAT APPEARANCE WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE KITCHEN. IT ALSO VERY EASY TO OPERATE.

Works good. Buttons seems hard to press and the clock light is too bright and can’t change brightness.

Only had this unit about a week. Mostly will/is used for warming leftovers and using the vent fan while cooking. Vent fan has 3 speeds that must be toggled through to turn it off. Wish it had a separate on/off button. Warms food fine. Runs much louder than our old unit. It’ll work for now but I’m not impressed. Haven’t tried popcorn or potato button yet.

It arrived with the installers and they were EXCELLENT. We are busy exploring the new features and very happy with our choice

Easy to use but vent fan is a bit noisy, otherwise it was a good purchase.

The microwave works well although it's a bit noisier than the old one.

Exactly what we needed. We replaced our original GE microwave from 2009. The measurements were spot on and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend, please be sure to measure.

This microwave does the job but it is very unsophisticated. The buttons are hard to see and very hard to push. The surface light is one halogen bulb that gives off marginal light and creates quite a lot of heat. It does look good and it does work.

My last microwave was 15 years old, so the new technology in this microwave is amazing to me. It can determine when the food is hot and shut itself off. I put in a plate of pasta, tell it it is pasta, and when it beeps, it is done to perfection. Very cool! Nice interface, and great feature list for the price. Buy it!

Bought this microwave to replace old one . Same brand but it’s more updated and it fit perfectly

Cheaply made. Very loud compared to my GE microwave it replaced. Only one led light inside the oven. GE emblem does not match my other GE appliances emblems.

The best microwave we ever had, a lot more options. We've bought nearly our entire kitchen at Best Buy and have not regretted it.

The guys were very nice but I did notice after they the two filters were not installed and I found different 3rd filter later on counter????

This microwave functions great. Takes less time to cook than the previous one and does not burn the edges leaving the middle raw

It's not long enough to judge this oven fairly. But so far it looks good, the express 1-5minute, 30s cooking buttons are very popular, the no sticky interior is appreciated when cleaning. The inside and under-the-range lights though are not bright enough, and could have been LED as well. The buttons could be made more intuitively located or color coded for easy access.

Very good microwave once it was finally installed. Unit was on back order for extended period that adversely impacted installation
