Microwave works well, it was fairly easy to install. I have had for a few months with no issue so far.

After shopping for an over the range microwave at another store, my wife and I came to Best Buy. After talking with Tim in the Appliance Section, we knew we were in the right place, as Tim's professionalism and product knowledge were far superior to our experience at the other store we had shopped at earlier in the day. We ended up buying the GE 1.9 cubic foot over the range microwave with sensor cooking, as it offered the best value for the product features we were looking for. We've now had our new GE microwave for 3 weeks and are very pleased. So far we have used it primarily to reheat plates of food and cups of soup. In our old microwave reheated plates of food and cups of soup sometimes came out too hot to eat. However, the food plates and cups of soups we have reheated in our new GE microwave have all come out perfect. It also seems easy to clean.

This is the second GE 1.9 Cuft. Microwave we have had. the first one lasted 9.5 years of nearly daily use. Happy with everything that this Microwave has been able to do. the light below is not extremely bright, but does the job, the vent fan is efficient. No complaints about this microwave.

Our last over the range GE lasted 15 years. This was not a perfect match to the old one for the top bolts that attach it the the cabinet. But it comes with templates to make it easier. Easy install. Easy to use. So far we love it. Looks similar to our old one but better. Similar features etc. so not a big learning curve.

Great replacement microwave for a rental property. The old GE lasted for over ten years and was only being replaced because the other appliances were being updated as well. Good manufacturer and a great looking, options loaded microwave.

Great size even for large items! The large sized letters and numbers are nice, clear and bright to read from other side of room. Easy to use and quiet. Would definitely recommend to someone!

I recently upgraded my Over-the-range Microwave. I absolutely love the look of the sleek stainless steel. The sensor cooking and steam cleaning was a game changer. Overall, the microwave is a powerful, stylish, and intelligent appliance.

This unit replaced a 20 year old GE Profile over the range microwave that was still working fine. This unit is very similar in features. When running this one sounds a bit louder especially as the microwave heating cycles one and off. The keypad could be improved with all of the button being labeled the same. Without good lighting in the room and reading glasses its hard to identify the functions. For instance something like START or STOP/CANCEL could at least be in a BOLD or capital font. Of have the button outlined with a box. We will eventually memorize the location of key functions but the transition doesn't need to be this challenging. The stainless steel finish blends well with our other applicants. This unit was virtually identical in dimensions to the old unit which made the swap out easy with no issues with the tile backsplash underneath the unit.

No issues with the microwave itself, but disappointed they moved the position of the mounting holes. I purchased the exact same model so mounting would be easy but come to find that one of the holes was moved so I had to drill a new hole in the cabinet.

I’ve had this microwave for less than 2 months so can’t speak to reliability, but so far I’m really pleased with it. Some of the newer models are a bit convoluted but the touchpad on this thing is totally intuitive, The numbers and display panel are large and easy to read. And this might sound silly but I like that the LED display is white instead of green on the black background. Just easier on the eyes. It looks perfect with the same brand (GE) oven/stove. And yes, it heats the food up just fine.

Works really well and looks great. The features meet my needs and it is easy to clean. Looks really good in my modern kitchen.
