Micro wave heats well. Looks very neat and easy to clean

Great product. I love this microwave and the features but the only problem is after a three minute warm up, a plate if food is not fully hot. There is still parts of the plate were its partly not properly heated, unlike my previously similar model. So basically I just stir up the food and/or put it back in for another minute.

Everything went fine with the DIYS install. The base that the bolts screw into from the top don't have a very broad base, therefore, it flexed the sheet metal on the top of the microwave more that it should, but when I tightened everything up, it snugged up fine. Looks pretty good. If you look close, you can still see the bow in the sheet metal slightly.

The microwave fit perfectly where our old one had hung. It was easy to install by myself, with the help of a friend to lift it into position. My only complaint is that the touchpad controls are hard to press. A lighter touch would be an improvement.

This is a replacement microwave for the one that stopped working. They are both GE. The last one lasted 10 years. It was easy to have it installed. Fit perfectly in the spot.

Nice replacement for the broken Whirlpool microwave that it replaced. Easy operation and great performance makes this a good choice.

A much simpler (and less expensive) than the GE Cafe series microwave that it replaced. This model lacks a convection oven, but we never used this feature on our previous unit. Was easy to install as it locked right into the old mounting bracket.

I was surprised to see this on sale from BBY! This replaces the last one, which was the same model. It only lasted four years to the week before shorting out. It seems to be redesigned with an actual turntable that does rotate. It seems to have the same tactile feel and features. We chose it because the template just slipped onto the wall with the old one. You can't beat the price from Best Buy. Maybe I should have gotten Geek Squad since the last one lasted precisely four years.

We love our new microwave. It is spacious, cooks to perfection and is easy to use and clean. Best purchase we could have made.

When it works, it does the job. Problem is the first one lasted about 5 years which is just OK. For the price of this, it's not worth a $100 service call and THEN parts $. I ordered another one just like it which lasted 2 years to the day. Very disappointing. I only purchased the same brand that second time figuring the install would be easier which is was. This 3rd time I said NO and bought an LG model. These OTR unit are all pretty standard as far as size and they often use the exact same mounting hardware which is what I found with GE and LG.
