Good microwave. Works as planned. Lots of room. Has some cool features.

This unit replaced a 20 year old GE Profile over the range microwave that was still working fine. This unit is very similar in features. When running this one sounds a bit louder especially as the microwave heating cycles one and off. The keypad could be improved with all of the button being labeled the same. Without good lighting in the room and reading glasses its hard to identify the functions. For instance something like START or STOP/CANCEL could at least be in a BOLD or capital font. Of have the button outlined with a box. We will eventually memorize the location of key functions but the transition doesn't need to be this challenging. The stainless steel finish blends well with our other applicants. This unit was virtually identical in dimensions to the old unit which made the swap out easy with no issues with the tile backsplash underneath the unit.

Good above the range microwave for the price. Quality and aesthetics are good. The front door is not as firm as we would have liked. But functions effectively.

GE wins again! I replaced a 17 year old GE microwave with another GE and it lives up to my expectations once again with its functionality and features. The product was on back order for 2 months and I had the option of selecting another, but no...I patiently waited and it’s worth it!!! Thank you GE and thank you Bestbuy for a GREAT installation!

Only have had it for about one month. Replaces similar GE microwave which we had for almost 8 years. We like the size, controls, power and familiarity.

I like the many options this microwave has. I only needed one to mostly heat food up. This has a setting for heating a single plate, melting butter/chocolate and other features. I would have thought I would have to pay more for some of these features. It's also seems to have more room inside than my other microwave. It also looks very nice.

I recently upgraded my Over-the-range Microwave. I absolutely love the look of the sleek stainless steel. The sensor cooking and steam cleaning was a game changer. Overall, the microwave is a powerful, stylish, and intelligent appliance.

No issues with the microwave itself, but disappointed they moved the position of the mounting holes. I purchased the exact same model so mounting would be easy but come to find that one of the holes was moved so I had to drill a new hole in the cabinet.

The GE - 1.9 Cu. Ft. over the range microwave fit in where the old microwave was except for one change we had to put in the new bracket and take off the old GE bracket . Also could not use the same mounting screws. The microwave works great and I really like the way it looks and the new features . The clock light changed from green to white. I would prefer the green light nice the stove has the green lights.

Had it delivered and installed it myself. Very easy to do, took about 30 minutes with the right tools. Fit perfectly and has been working great. Also, it is very sleek looking.

I had to replace my microwave and since we are planning on renovating at some point in the next year or 2 i didnt want to break the bank. This microwave was affordable and big and it works well. It even has better exhaust power than my old one.

It works well, but I wish it had a bacon setting like my old one did. I also wish you could just put in the time you want and start, rather than having to press “cook time” first, but I don’t think any of the current models do. I do like the “add 30 sec” button, though. The buttons can be hard to push for some people.

I’ve had this microwave for less than 2 months so can’t speak to reliability, but so far I’m really pleased with it. Some of the newer models are a bit convoluted but the touchpad on this thing is totally intuitive, The numbers and display panel are large and easy to read. And this might sound silly but I like that the LED display is white instead of green on the black background. Just easier on the eyes. It looks perfect with the same brand (GE) oven/stove. And yes, it heats the food up just fine.
