Excellent flexibility for storage of wine, bottles, cans. Door is well tinted and pictures of product do not reflect this accurately. Was unable to find anything with tinted glass, anywhere near this price. Huge bonus the marketing folks have overlooked. Contents cannot be seen unless you are 2-3 inches away. Wood shelving is very nice and removable but not adjustable. Many supposed wine coolers in this price range do not store large 1.5 L bottles of wine - buyer beware - this one does everything is says it will and more. Again pictures make this product appear see-through and it is not. Tinted door adds class to any room. Excellent product with excellent features. Looks great with a base cabinet on either side as a built-in unit. We put it in back of our dining room with marble counter-top. Looks great and highly functional. Be sure and enjoy.

We needed a beverage center of a particular width. For that, this fridge was perfect. However, despite saying stainless in the description, it's really faux stainless. The handle seems really cheap, and the shelves, although wood, seem cheap as well. There's a wine fridge one model up from this for $50 more that seems more substantial, and has the same dimensions. I wanted flat shelves for soda, but I must admit that if I was in the market for a wine fridge, that extra $50 would definitely be worth it.

The directions are somewhat lacking on what to do when you initially plug in the refrigerator but it was an easy process to figure out what to do. The refrigerator was well protected with the packaging. The unit slides easy on wood flooring into place. Have someone help you lift it because it is just a little bit too big and awkward to lift yourself. Fits enough beverages in aluminum cans and glass bottles.

Very quite. Looks good. I like the glass and wood shelves. Purchased for office conference room and it serves the purpose. Does not hold 109 cans comfortably, but we knew that from other reviews before purchasing. We use for bottled water and it keeps them cold.

This is a good fridge and looks nice. I wouldn't use it for wine but it does a nice job for water and pop in the kids area. It is a little noisy for a tv or music area

Quickly makes your soft drinks and water cold during large family gatherings. Looks great and it is very quite, just what we were looking for. Make the kitchen look high end.

Bought this for storing beverage cans, beer bottles and some wine to free up fridge space. Like the looks and the brand name of GE. Has nice wooden racks and holds enough bottles and cans. Is a little loud when it runs, compared to a new full size fridge (which is very quiet). However, for the price we paid for this unit, I should not complain. Had only for a month or so, do not know how long it will last. But it does cool to 45 deg. I usually set it to 48 deg which is sufficient for my usage. Found the best price for this unit at Best Buy compared to another big box blue store.

About 6 months after I purchased this unit, it had "catastrophic failure" per the tech that came to my house...so bad that it will require 2-3 hours of repair work and, in the opinion of the tech, should be replaced altogether. Unfortunately, GE is not doing that for me even with a "case manager" assigned to solve the problem, and three months after I reported this problem it is STILL not fixed. I've seen everything in this experience - a faulty product, a tech missing an appointment, a severely backordered part, an incorrectly ordered part, the inability to locate my records because my name was spelled incorrectly in their files, an error in the classification of the appliance (they were somewhat responsive when they thought it was a refrigerator, but when they learned it was a wine fridge/beverage center they stopped caring), etc. My wife and I have wasted countless hours dealing with this unfixed problem and have likely lost $500+ of good wine. I've had many appliances in my life and the only ones that have given me major problems have been made by GE (including a refrigerator and a microwave). So avoid this product at all costs....and give some real thought to whether you should buy any GE product.

We love the bottle wine cellar. It is the right size to fit where our dishwasher used to be. And we like the fact that there are several shelves to put different products in --- either wine, bottled water or sodas.

Shelves are cheap and fall out of slots when sliding out. Fridge has no way of leveling the rear, just the front. Best Buy's web site says fridge is stainless, but it is actually gray plastic. There are better choices for the money.
