We got this at their scratch and dent store. We have had problems since day 1! The handles broke off shortly after after my mom bumped them with the wheel of her wheelchair. Then a seal broke in half and i threw it away, the tech charged me for that, bought in March 2021 and today it bit the dust, customer service is nonexistent even with the extended warranty they won’t fix or replace it. Guess I’ll call the bbb

I love this refrigerator. Unfortunately, I had to replace it after two years because of Hurricane Ian. Best Buy was wonderful and I got it a few days after ordering. Love it!!!

The freezer is terribly designed. Drawers slope and bottoms aren’t flat making it difficult to stack items. The deep door shelves in the fridge are nice but severely limit the overall capacity of the refrigerator.

From the day it was delivered the temperatures both in refrigerator and and freezer were dangerously high. Ice cream was on the verge of turning to soup the freezer was set at -6 and runs 20 degrees. The refrig is set at 34 and runs 45 degrees. They are replacing with another.

This refrigerator was delivered on 4/2/24 and NEVER worked. It was cooler in the house than it was in the refrigerator or freezer. We lost HUNDREDS of dollars of freezer and refrigerator food before they could replace the refrigerator 3 days later.

This refrigerator broke after 14 months. It only has a 12 month warranty. GE is not what it used to be.

Not happy with the counter depth as I paid extra for it yet it still sticks out several inches from the counter due to water line in the back....not designed well

This is a small capacity refrigerator. We were limited in the dimensions of the refrigerator, but never really expected there to be so little space for the price we paid. I guess the French doors and bottom freezer are what drove the cost up.
