Dim Lights and Freezer Drawer

The led lights are not as bright as other refrigerators. The freezer drawer is hard to pull open and feels like you are going to pull the fridge out.

We apologize that the LED lights are not as bright as others and that you experience some difficulty pulling the freezer drawer open. This is not the ownership experience we strive for and we can completely understand your disappointment. For the hard-to-open drawer, we suggest you try rubbing paraffin wax or petroleum jelly along the edges of the entire gasket. (Paraffin wax is used for canning and is safe for use around food.) As for the lights, please know that our refrigeration design team routinely takes comments like yours into consideration when designing future models. She did redeem herself in the end by getting both appliances that we bought delivered at the same time.

Piece of junk, Best Buy gives lousy service.

When I called for repair service it was another 2 weeks before they could get someone out, who hasn't come yet. We made ice with ice trays the entire time the ice maker was broken. I expect they won't be able to repair it.

I wonder if anyone at GE takes the time to test these units before they pass them on to the consumer. Not buying another GE product.

We love the outside door water and ice maker. Love the efficient organization of shelves and bins and the inside lighting is very good.

Was hesitant as the left door side has shallow shelves, but discovered they're perfect for condiments! Very quiet. Nice lighting. Freezer has nicely organized draws.
