Very nice dishwasher, but be careful. The bottom rack roller had a hairline crack. The first time I ran it, the rolling mechanism broke and melted around the heating element. It's taken over a month to get new parts and fixed, but GE has stood behind product and getting it fixed for free. I would buy again.

I have NEVER had a dishwasher work this well before. The bottle jets make washing my tumblers SO EASY! I'm an avid coffee drinker and im not ashamed to admit my cups can be forgotten about in my car for days, if not weeks. I didn't even have to rinse them and they came clean!

Overall I am very pleased with the product, however I was not happy that the "manual" that came with it was a piece of newspaper with very incomplete information. I had to find a manual online to learn basic information before I ran it for the first time. Also, although it is extremely roomy, the position of the prongs make it challenging to load, especially for things like cereal bowls that I can't get to stand up. I love the bottle jets and it is very quiet.

Quiet as my Bosch was. Works fabulously! Don’t scratch your head over all the seletions. 2-button start, which I like.

Beautiful washer the stainless steel looks great inside and out, don't get a plastic tube. Easy to install took about 2 1/2 hours to remove the old unit and install the new one. Unit works excellent dishes and glassware spotless.

Dishwasher went out suddenly. Total tech helped me save a couple hundred on the product itself and another couple hundred on delivery, install, and protection. Dishwasher is huge upgrade from old one. Havent had to pre rinse any of my dishes since ive gotten it. Every dish comes out sparkling every time.

Sleek, good looking dishwasher. The control pad is on the top edge of the door so it is unseen unless you open the door. It is so quiet that I had to lean down and listen at the door to make sure it was running when I was first learning to use it. Excellent product so far!

I'll start off by saying that GE needs much better quality control. I bought this unit new, it was well still in its original box and strapped to a wooden crate. As Best Buy loaded the unit in to my car I noticed water in the back of my SUV. Opening up the box I saw the drain line was filled with water. Best Buy was easy to work with and resolved the issue to my satisfaction, but the fact the unit shipped with water is absurd. The manual inside was wet and the washer had a stale smell. Besides the initial experience I can say that compared to the similarly prices Samsung unit, which this replaced, everything about the GE feels cheaper. The insulation around the tub looks like something that is used to fill cheap teddy bears, the Samsung insulation was thick and part of the tub, it would not easily come off. For a unit that claims to be made in the US, the manual looks like it was written in China, the instructions are not helpful and the images used are for a completely different model. Mounting the unit to cabinetry, normally a simple task, was un-necessarily complicated with the metal tabs that have to be broken off. The dish washing itself is pretty good, I like the bottle wash nozzles, and the noise is average, a little louder than our previous Samsung unit but not by much. The outside is beautiful and fits in much better than the Samsung. The racks, sadly, feel a little cheaper, they aren't as thick or as easy to take out and put back in. Another plus is the time indicator on top of the panel, Im not sure its 100% accurate but it is a welcome addition. Overall this is an attractive but sadly average dishwasher, if you have other GE appliances it will fit in nicely. My hope is the dish washer gives us several reliable years of service, if it does, I'll be happy with my purchase.

Cleans well, but if you have a lot of bowls and pans, the racks don't allow you to fit in as much as I used to with my old dishwasher. The photo of how to load this dishwasher assumes mostly dishes. If that's what you have, it should be fine, but if you have a lot of different size bowls and pans, it's harder to load to maximize what you can fit in.

Quiet, cleans very well. Stainless steel inside. Love the bottle wash features.
