I did have to have a return and different one delivered due to a constant loud noise with the first one. Very happy with the same one delivered the second time.

I love my appliance. Every during this whole process from the salesperson to the delivery team was great.

Completely dissatisfied. The doors pop back open if you don’t make sure you push them all the way shut. Lights on the inside of the refrigerator don’t put out enough light to see what is In the refrigerator.

Went through 2 of these refrigerators after purchasing new. Neither fridge would hold temperature. Even after doors not being opened for 10-12 hours over night, even with the Turbo Cool engaged, the internal temperature would still be 40°F or more, once it was 49°F.

So far so good. Only been 3 weeks. Hoping it continues

Wish it had the half slide shelf for tall things like other models do

Not worth the money. I’ve only had this refrigerator 6 months and this will be the 2nd time a technician will come to service the ice/water dispenser. The first time the tech came out, 10 days ago, he used a blow dryer to thaw out the water line. My deli drawer items also become frozen rock solid, which happen to be near where the water line is located. To add insult to injury, the water filter is only good for 6 months or 112 gallons of water, whichever comes first and you can only buy the GE brand. The technology in the refrigerator won’t allow for an aftermarket water filter and once the water filter is past the 6 mos period, you cannot dispense water nor will it make ice. My previous GE fridge was 100 times better than this. Very disappointed in GE for this poorly assembled, money grab product.

Doors do not seal and stay closed. Delivery and set up did not lower stabilizing legs. After I corrected freezer door still does not stay closed. I have a tool kit holding freezer door closed until I can get a repair person to come out. Last GE appliance I will ever buy.

The refrigerator is everything that I expected it to be. It has proven to be reliable and dependable.

Love it so far. Water from door is very cold, ice is bigger and lasts a lot longer. Made in USA!!!

Freezer door would not seal. Had to order new door gasket and reschedule tech to replace. Refrigerator doors were uneven / had to have service tech to fix.
