Smart feature is very convenient. It took a while to reach the set temperature compared to our 20 year old oven.

Apart from the long wait time, everything else is great! The guys who came to install were professional and friendly. They were willing to help in every way possible. Kudo to them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all my friends and families.

Up front the salesman and the field guy were great told us how to prepare scheduled the install and came out to the house way in advance to measure and verify that the installation would work. Installer came and were very nice but couldn't hook up the oven. They told me my wiring was wrong and left. The wiring had been there for 30 years and worked before. Spent money to have an electrician come out and install in 5 minutes. The installers got it wrong and did the wrong thing several times before they left and told me to get an electrician. My wife was scared for safety and I paid for something I didn't need.

This is a great value for a convection oven. Easy to use. Very stylish. Looks sleek and modern and works very very well. No complaints.

I love it, I have used it for over two weeks and everyday I am falling in love with it.

Less than one star. Takes FOREVER to pre-heat. Weak. Complete waste of money and time. Have put up with it for a year but will have to replace. Has only one heating element! No one ever mentioned this and I didn't know to ask. Had a 20 year old Kenmore that would get to preheat temps in about 8 minutes. This GE takes more than 20 minutes. GE should know better!

After installing the oven, it had the following error: Fault 200 Set. If you look for that fault on the GE website or anywhere on the internet, it doesn't even exist. GE won't even try to diagnose faults over the phone, so they want you to schedule a service call. I also called the Geek Squad and they also tried to schedule a service call. Problem is both service calls where more than 2 weeks out, which conveniently puts it out of the 15 days return window. I'm not willing to deal with that hassle. I'm taking it back to the store and ordering a different brand. You'd think that for $ 1,400 bucks you'd get expedited service calls.

Excellent and works fine. However, felt like its bit smaller. Nothing else to complaint.

Great replacement for our previous oven. The price was right and the service was great.

Your communication with us was unacceptable . You contact us the day before our installation date. "We will be arriving between 7:30 AM and 11.am on November 24. The next day you email us and said due to the manufacturer failure to deliver. The installation will not be until Dec 16 . As of today December 5 you have not contact us to give us a updated.

We love this oven. It has the option of convection bake or bake.
