I got a fancy one at another property and NEVER use the features. This oven is great and is simple to use. Very happy and a bug improvement over my last GE.

Multiple installers came in. The first one was NOT able identify if the line had 220-240v (weird!!) second one ,company named OXB, who came in today said they are ONLY authorized to install oven but NOT microwave. I understand companies have procedure to follow. But that's ONLY after you have catered well to to your customer.

Then all of a sudden the oven turns off by itself! Had a couple Best Buy repair techs come out, a total of three times so far. Replaced all the parts they could. Still turns off by itself. Every time I use the oven, I sit in the kitchen, and watch to make sure if the goes off, I have to turn it back on right away. Very inconvenient, and very frustrating! I and the Best Buy tech concluded we have a lemon. Because I took out a 5 year warranty, I'm hoping that we will get a replacement oven. The tech is pretty sure I will. I firmly believe if you're spending more than $300 on anything, you should get the extra warranty, in this case through Best Buy. I am very disappointed in GE. I do NOT recommend this oven!!
