Great washer and drier combo for a life skills classroom

Washer/Dryer fit my needs due to our small laundry room. Plenty of capacity in both areas.

I wash clothes every 2 weeks. I used the first time and it did well. After 2 weeks I tried to do the second wash but it did not work. It had a burning smell and it did not complete the cycle. Because 2 days had passed Best Buy doesn't exchange it . VERY DISSAPOINTED

No liquid fabric softener dispenser. Washer lid lock not working properly. "Smart" water sensor doesn't allow me to add laundry detergent then clothes in some water. Have to put detergent and clothes in the dry bottom. Not happy customer.

Excellent value, perfect fit for our space. Like the design.

The original combo we bought did not work. The local best buy employees did everything they could to get us another one with the supply chain issues currently going on to get our business up and running

Perfect Washer and Dryer stackable combo for rental investment properties.

I have the model with an infuser GUD27EESN. There is no detergent dispenser so you have to use laundry pods. I am using HE pods, placing them on bottom of washer, only using one pod even for large loads and still have soap residue on clothes.

Good choice and very professional installation Little delay in delivery

The washer didn't work. Requested a replacement. When it was delayed for a second time, i canceled it. I've had a useless washer sitting here for a month.

We have had this unit for a year, and it has been nothing but issues. First, we noticed none of the washer cycles worked, so we called for service under the warrantee. We were told we could only use bulk cycle, and that’s how the machine was to work. All the other cycles, small, eco, drain, they were invalid. Next, all year, no matter what we try, the dryer eats our clothes. Anything with a cord or weak edge is grabbed by the vent in the back and snapped. Now, we noticed lint and debris are being trapped and collected behind the heat vent where it’s not intended to be or can escape. The dryer is also making a clunking noise. We called Best Buy but are out of the year warentee, so we must pay over $100 just for a diagnosis. We are not holding our breath for a solution being offered. $1500, and this thing is nothing but headache after headache. .

The Saturday this was delivered the washer would not rinse, spin, or drain. It seems like the lock sensor was messed up because the lock would click 5 times after the wash cycle ended and the lock red light never came on. Clothes had to be hand wrung of soapy water. Immediately called geek squad and scheduled an exchange for the next Wednesday. When my exchange happened on Wednesday the new dryer made a horrible loud noise while drying. Washer worked fine until Thursday. I had washed a total of five loads since it was delivered and had the same lock sensor issue and washer would not rinse, spin, or drain. I lifted the top to the washer while the lock was clicking the 5 times, which must have caused the washer to sense it was locked because the lock red light finally came on and it spun and drained. I will be calling geek squad to exchange for a different brand. I’m so frustrated!

While it cleans clothes well, it is the loudest washing machine I have ever heard. Also would get off kilter with large bedspread and sound like it was going to hop across the room (it would stop the spin cycle, but I’d have to readjust the bedspread constantly). We’ve only had the machine since August, 2020, but are replacing it because the noise is just unacceptable in our small condo, and I can only do laundry when I’m not home. I’d recommend it if you don’t need to worry about the noise and don’t wash king size bedspreads...

Would not buy again or recommend. The wash cycle is extremely loud. Constant griding. Usually unbalanced with a blanket or towels which creates a banging noise. So much so that the condo neighbors inquired about the noise.

This combo set looks nice at first but after a few loads it wrecks your bedding. Do not buy this washer dryer.. yes it saves space and can only do tiny loads at a time. I had a brand new lovely comforter that it tore up on both sides probably twenty inches. I just received the comforter too for the holiday. My grace period to return this pile of junk just passed. Geeks say it can be fixed. It’s a brand new machine that destroyed my towels and twin size comforter .. I will wait and see how can you fix that. Don’t buy…

I’ve only had this laundry center for one month. From the very first cycle it has given me nothing but trouble. You select your options and press the start button, it does about two squirts of water then the unit shuts off. For the couple cycles I did get to run it ran all the way until the rinse/spin but did not complete. I had to reset the washer specifically to the rince/spin cycle and let it finish. The dryer also seems to not run unless it is set on specific settings. I would not recommend this product especially at this price.
