We would suggest reviewing the troubleshooting tips on the website (Page 15) in the use and care guide for this issue. Posted .We recommend seeing the “Air conditioner is working but the room is not cooling” troubleshooting section on page 15 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. If those tips don’t help, we recommend consulting page 17 of the Owner’s Manual for warranty exchange information.
