    I purchased this washer after my old one died. I like the large tub. I do like you can open the lid during some parts of the wash cycle unlike my last one. The only down fall I have come across is the water level. I put a large load (clothes filled only 2/3 deep - not packed in) in and programed the deep fill option and my clothes were still not covered in water.

    I bought this for my mother after her Maytag stopped working after 25 years. They don't make them like that anymore. She loved the new GE washer initially. However after a couple of washes, the machine began to make an extremely loud whining noise during the wash cycle. No worries though. Best Buy brought her a replacement a couple of days later. Everything is all good now.

    I really like that this washer is able to fit big items like blankets and comforters. Washes well and fast...also i like the water sensor so it does waste water.

    Easy install. Clothing seems better washed. Ease in operation. Wife is happy. Our old Whirlpool was horrible. Lesson: DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL! EVER! LIKE SERIOUS.
