This washer does exactly what it should--it washes your clothes. And it does it well without any issues. It has a slide out tray for your detergent and for your fabric softener but make sure you pay attention to the settings on your washer as only some of those will work with the fabric softener.

I had to get a new machine as it was going to cost almost as much to repair my four-year-old Maytag. I got this wonderful GE as an open box machine. It has a couple of scratches on it, which doesn't bother me. I got it for a terrific price, it was delivered in two days and it's the best washer I have ever had. Clothes are clean, it's easy to use. The first one i bought didnt work. But the second one has been great. First time i had one with so many features. I like how you just thriw in the clothes and pick your setting. The washer figures out how much water it needs on its own.

I've been running this unit for over two years at this point, at about 8-10 loads of laundry a week and I'm really quite happy with it. You do have to spend a little time figuring out which settings work best, but once you do, it's been a trouble free washer.

I've had my new washer for a few weeks now and am very happy I chose this machine. I love having the agitator as I feel it truly makes a difference in getting my clothes clean. This machine gives the option of adding 5 extra gallons of water when needed. I really like that feature.

love everything about this washer,its quite ,fills fast ,has large washing tub and agiaitor that really cleans even my large comforters!ge is top of the line in its products and the washer does not disappoint!would highly recommend over any brand of washer on the market today,!!

I just love my machine ,its smart, it controls everything, water measurement, perfect wash. I think its the best! I have so much room 4 washing big loads. Its energy saver, BIG PLUS. Worth every dollar. I'll probably buy the dryer as well. Thank you for such a great maker.

The GE. 4.5. Cu Ft 14 Cycle Top Loading Washer is exactly the washer that I wanted. It has a large capacity. It is quiet. It does the job very well. I like the top loading washer because I do not have to bend down like the front loaders. This is the best washer.

This washer is awesome. Love the agitator action and awesome washing of all fabrics. Love the large stainless tub. Can wash king size comforters.

Replaces my front loader with this and initially was sceptical. Never again will i purchase a front loader. This washer has been wonderful. Sanitizing mode helps to keep things clean. The capacity is incredible. Highly recommended this washer!

It is hard to get it to pause to soak clothes as it wants to drain out the water--I actually have to power the machine off to let things soak overnight. It can be loud Other that that, it seems to do a good job of cleaning

I wanted a washer with an agitator. I use the deep fill option which is nice when you want more water. Self-balancing, but sometimes with a very light load the clothes don’t spin out enough.

Takes a few loads before you trust water levels machine selects. It uses half the water and cleans better and faster. Great water level choices deep fill is your friend use it.

This washer is okay, it gets the job done. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the noise level of the washer. It is very loud but I'm glad my laundry room is not in the same level that I sleep in, however I can still hear it sometimes. Also, I believe something may be wrong with the softener compartment is not working. I add the softener (liquid) at the beginning of the cycle and by the time its done washing all of the softener is still there. I'm gladd I added the protection, I will be contacting geek squad to see if they can fix the problem. Other than that, it washes very good.

this has turn out to be an excellent washer docent use mush water easy to use. only bad thing I have to say is the ping sound that it has finished is not loud enough so I don't hear it finish and have to check on it
