Wish I picked a larger capacity though. Also you put the detergent over the clothes again I don’t like that, not an even distribution of detergent I feel.

Posted .We are very sorry to hear you had these issues with your washer. It sounds like the shipping material wasn't completely removed. Washers are designed to extract as much water as possible from the wash load during the spin cycle. This helps to reduce drying time and save energy. Of course, the wash load will still be damp but not soaking wet. If the clothes seem too wet after the wash cycle is complete, the following are possible reasons the clothes may seem too wet. The spin speed is important so you'd want to check that and also oversudsing can cause a suds lock.
