The dials for the top burners are simple and easy to read and are safe to use.

The installers took money(cash) from my elderly parents. I was not present and was told that the installer had spoken to me over the phone.

Cooks well, but seems like it loses a lot of heat out of the vent under the clock. Best Buy took weeks to deliver because they hire a vendor to bring it to you and install it [have to be gas certified]. I had a similar problem with another company, so before I bought from Best Buy, I called to see if they did their own installation. I was assured that they did and was told all of their Geek Squad was gas certified. The guys who installed did NOT work for Best Buy directly. It took three appointments before they actually showed up to install the appliance.
