I have the same comments as other reviewers have, concerning the black grates being slippery plus no better replacements available, BAD. My biggest concern is the lack of oven insulation, only area shown with insulation is the front door. Hard to believe there isn't a government regulation requiring insulation surrounding the entire oven. This stove top, walls & probably bottom get very HOT when the oven is on, very BAD. We are reconsidering our purchase because of these 2 issues as both seem unsafe and possibly returning for an exchange.

Sometimes it’s not about what you bought, but it’s about the two angels who delivered my oven today. Thankful for Best Buy’s third company party to deliver my oven today. I forgot about the oven the whole time actually because I am happy that Best Buy includes good people like the two very kind people to deliver my oven today. Kindness makes the world go round! Excited to make some frozen pizza again in my oven as my old one has been broke for two years about. I also am excited to start cooking with this oven and overcome a fear of cooking and doubting myself about it when I know I can cook well. Yay! And God bless!!
