    Don’t buy. Cannot open machine to remove wet clean clothing. Lid locking devices will not allow machine to spin or drain tub water. I have owned it for less than a year. My quarter filled clothes are being held hostage. The lid will not open to tell important facts needed to research online help. Frustrated as heck. Only I use machine. I never treated it roughly. This lid situation is not mentioned in the owners manual. Because previous owners of this home trashed the previous washer, I was forced to buy a new one. Best Buy could not find one like mine at the previous home. I miss my old machine.

    Love the settings on this machine especially the liquid dispensor for soap that goes by sensors on how much to dispense! i like the clear view of lid to watch the washing process.

    I’ve had this machine for 2 months and still very happy with it. First time owning my own and am pleased with this purchase. All comments were positive which led me to buy it. Love it!

    Love the new washer, love how it tells me when the laundry is done via text message and then texts me again 30 minutes later when I forget to change the laundry over
