I had a stove for over 30 years and needed a new one when remodeled my kitchen. Always bought GE, and so glad I did this time also. The new slate color is very nice and chic. More importantly I like how easy it is use, I figured it out real quick. It’s powerful and slick look without being complicated.

We love this stove. The griddle is perfect for breakfast & burgers. It cooks everything evenly. The burners come in small & larger sizes. The digital oven cooks really well, there is also a window & oven light. I really like the timer feature. The self cleaner for the oven seemed to work nice, however it gives off a very strong smell. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.

I grew up with a electric stove. I haven't used one for years. We recently moved. The house had gas, I decided to keep gas. I absoulty love this stove it's easy to use. Love the way the good cooks! I love the cooking top! The only thing I don't like there isn't a light inside the stove.

This gas range is TEEN PROFF! It's so easy to clean up and use I highly recommend this appliance. I have teens and young adults in the house and they tend to miss wiping up spills. Before you know it, by dinner time the spill has been baked into the surface and requires little more than a wipe down. COmpared to my previous range the grates feel like that are set higher, and makes it easy to spot and wips up. The The materials used in this range are top notch,even my kids make it streak/smudge-free. I just want to mention that it gave my kitchen a little extra class and matched beautifully with my other appliances.

We switched from electric to gas so that alone made a world of difference in upgrading our kitchen. After much research, we chose this GE appliance and it's be a dream. We've had it about a month now and got it in time to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 13 people. The things that make this range unique are: the middle griddle is amazing; also how quiet it is when heating up and more importantly cooling off. I've been to my friend's how where the over cool down sounded like a large fan in the room. Also the oven light gives better lighting that past ovens. Highly recommend!

Really nice stove. Never had any issue! This replaced my old stove.

We bought this as a replacement for a 15 year old Whirlpool and couldn't be happier. The oven preheats in about 7 minutes and maintains a steady temperature. The convection feature is great. The stovetop is amazing with the PowerBook burner and the simmer burners being opposite of each other. I can cook easier with more space available. The built in griddle is perfect. Bacon, grilled cheese, burgers, and pork chops all cook nicely and it is so easy to clean once it cools.

Feature wise this checks most of the boxes. Yes there is an oven light. After about 7 weeks the griddle plate still cleans easily. ( We use for pancakes, grilled sandwiches, and quesadillas, not bacon though). The self cleaning feature has a manual instead of motorized lock if that matters to you. The back plate was separated from the range on one side, but reattached it with a screwdriver.

I purchased this stove to replace a glass-top stove that I had, and I have been very happy with it so far. The only gripe I have, which has been mentioned by other reviewers, is that the stove does not heat up water very fast at all. Due to that fact, I have been using a separate electric burner every once in a while, strictly for boiling water. Yes, it is a bit inconvenient to have to do this, but I really do like the rest of the features of this stove, so I am not really too upset about the lack of boiling capabilities. All other foods cook perfectly fine, and I love the center griddle, which we use almost daily.

Love the color. Works as it should. Bottom drawer a little flimsy. Wished it came with a center grate in addition to the center griddle.

This range has more in common with a commercial range than it does with a household range. The burners are really powerful, much more so than the Maytag gas stove it replaced. It is a joy to cook with. And the fact that the burner grates and caps go into the dishwasher makes it look new after a weekly cleanup. Very easy to keep clean.

Have only had this for a few weeks, but so far so good. The power burner ROCKS!! Water boils quicker, which is nice. I've only used the convection setting once but it cut baking time in half for roasted chicken. Very sleek design without the high dollar price tag. The bottom storage drawer needs a better "handle" or indention where your hand goes -- really gotta be careful when pulling out that drawer or else you'll break a nail. (yes, seriously)

Easy to use. Love having a gas range again! Like having the griddle in the middle.

My wife and I have been looking for a gas range for months. After months of research we decided on this range. In my opinion this is the top of the midline ranges. The center griddle is extremely convenient and makes pancakes easily. The oven heats up fast and is accurate.

the range and oven work well. easy to use and clean. the griddle in the stove top is very handy

I am really pleased with the look. Just a few things to note. The cast iron stove top takes a few extra minutes to heat up everything so don't be in a hurry. The bottom drawer is really not a solid piece. I put a few heaver pieces in that drawer and it cannot handle the weight. not quite as sturdy as I had hoped.
