Not happy with my Best Buy GE refrigerator that I paid almost $3,000 including tax etc. A door plastic storage container was cracked. The crack was small so I let it go but within a week it fell off the door. An indentation is inside the fridge. Initially I thought it was part of the design, but now realize it is damaged. I find it disconcerting that I would pay extra for quality and not get it. I call Best Buy and no one ever answers the phone. I go in to see a manager and he / she i not available. It's incredibly frustrating.
