The door had a gap when it closed and the stovetop was loose on the upper left side (same side as gap in the door), We asked for a service call and the tech basically told us the door did not close because of the mesh seal. I immediately challenged him and thanked him for his service call. I knew right then that I was going to return the oven.

After calling I learned that we can't deliver it till October 9th. No notification about it.Went into the store and canceled the order. I will never purchase anything from a Best Buy again. Your customer service suck.

Poor quality

My last stove was same brand and lasted over 15 years. The quality has really changed since then. Much more cheaply made. I’m disappointed.
